Evergreen is excited about entering the Evergreen Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Kickball Classic Tournament that will be all day on Saturday, June 22 at the athletic fields at Marshdale by the bus barn. Last year was a huge success and this year will prove to be even better. Enjoy a day of delicious food, cold drinks, beer, music, entertainment and fun in the sun! Cash prizes will be awarded.

We are pleased with the response of numerous teams already entered. This will be a fun day to gather family, friends and business colleagues to enjoy a day outdoors while having a great time. There will be two divisions, one for recreational play and the other for competitive play. Teams of 10-20 can enter for $350-$400; the deadline is Friday June 14th and is limited to the first paid 20 teams.

This year we will be combining the event with the 3rd Annual Youth and Sports Expo. Vendors are invited to setup at the fields to display their services. Vendor spaces will be limited, so sign up early. All business and organizations are invited to participate, regardless of industry (not limited to Youth and Sports services). . Vendor booth prices are $100-$150 and include a table and 2 chairs.

Committee members organizing the event want to hear from you about how to raise awareness about kickball and this tournament. Let’s “get the ball rolling!”
