Higher Ground

Since 2000, Higher Ground’s Mission is to provide a SAFE, attractive, POSITIVE ALTERNATIVE for our mountain area YOUTH on Saturday nights (High School thru age 22)…no cover charge. A place to gather, socialize, listen and dance to great bands…with no negative lyrics or messages… drug, alcohol, & smoke free…in a faith based environment.  Youth of all backgrounds and faith (or no faith) are welcome and attend. They love the POSITIVE ATMOSPHERE! All volunteer staffed with no salaries paid, and STUDENT RUN, a community project”…not in anyone’s budget, relying on donations from individuals and organizations.
